Bread and Chocolate at Edesia Cookbook Review

Kim Ode is wrapping up (temporarily, we hope) her ongoing gastronomic salon, Edesia Cookbook Review, with a session on bread and chocolate. Ode will cover the bread part; chocolate will be represented by Robyn Dochterman, who recently opened the St. Croix Chocolate Co. in Marine-on-St.-Croix. The event takes place Oct. 25, 7pm, at the Barnes & Noble in the Galleria in Edina — it’s free, and there should be some tasty samples in the house.
