The Second Annual Wisconsin Original Cheese Festival has not one, but two, killer lineups: The first are the 35 cheesemaker / exhibitors and their 150+ samples of farmstead and artisan cheeses, the second is the Artisan Marketplace consisting of specialty food companies, cheesemakers, wineries, and artists. The lactic hysteria runs from Nov. 5-7.
