Hell’s Kitchen co-owner Cynthia Gerdes, who was eviscerated by writer Andrew Zimmern in a recent online column for what he described as her opposition to a proposal to liberalize street food regulations in downtown Minneapolis, has released a statement lauding the expected passage of the proposal today.
