According to signage, a new outpost of Jerabek’s New Bohemian Coffeehouse is poised to open in the St. Paul Skyway in the old location of the St. Paul Classic Cookie Co. A clerk at their current location (63 W Winifred St., St. Paul) put a likely opening at somewhere between mid-September and early October.
