Wisconsin’s War on Beer

The effort of Wisconsin Republicans to kneecap craft brewers on behalf of MillerCoors is not going unnoticed: The Wisconsin State Journal’s Beer Baron columnist notes the adverse impact Motion 414 could have on craft brewers’ ability to distribute and contract brew, the Associated Press has picked up the story, and ThinkProgress notes: “Under the provision, it would be illegal, for instance, for a small brewer located near a restaurant to walk next door to deliver a case of beer. They’ll have to hire a middle man to do it instead.”
