Andrew Zimmern is picking up a contributing editor gig at Food & Wine  (per the press release: “Zimmern will bring exclusive recipes to foodandwine.com in a new weekly column, ‘Andrew Zimmern’s Kitchen Adventures,’ inspired by the recipes he makes at home in Minnesota”), some leaf watching-inspired outstate eats, a pie crust baking and taste test, a brief recap of our North Coast Nosh (here’s ours), and a giveaway featuring two books on Wisconsin cheesemaking: Creating Dairyland and Master Cheesemakers of Wisconsin.
