Dara is the latest (we’re apparently the last) to report on Steven Brown moving to Nick and Eddie, which she describes as a “foundling home for displaced chefs.” She also reports that Don Saunders of Fugaise apparently won’t find a home there, and revels in the opportunity to eat $8 bar plates cooked up by a master.
