Local Food Poster Show by Midwest Pantry and Chowgirls Killer Catering

local-food-poster-bigWe touted last year’s Food & Bev local food poster show because it was a unique confluence of art and local artisan food, so we’re doing the same for this year’s edition, too!

WHAT:

Midwest Pantry, Chowgirls Killer Catering, and The Heavy Table proudly present the Local Food Poster Show, a poster show partnering the Twin Cities’ design and artistic talents with local food and beverage producing communities.

The show features limited-edition fine art posters highlighting select producers of Minnesota’s vibrant local culinary scene. Artists and producers are paired based on artists’ design style, vendors’ brand styles, and aligned food values. Pairings include:

See the Local Food Poster Show at Chowgirls Parlor, an event dining space and art gallery, during the month of July. The opening night art party will be Thursday, June 27, from 6-11pm at Chowgirls Parlor.

Posters, limited to editions of 30, will be available for purchase for $30 per print. Smile Network, which is a Minnesota-based humanitarian organization dedicated to the repair of cleft lips and palates of children in developing countries around the globe, will receive a donation of $10 per print sold.
