Authors Shelley Holl and B.J. Carpenter join host Kim Ode for the next installment of Edesia Cookbook Review. Their new book, The Minnesota Table, is a guide to local sourcing of foods, combining tales of Minnesota farmers, ranchers, and artisans with cooking tips and recipes.
