An acquaintance went to Subo for lunch today and reported back:

“I went with the veg summer rolls. nice peanut sauce. They brought out a free order of the steamed Edamame. Lime based sauce, tasty. veg items are $6.50 to $8.00 and meat items are $7 to $9. Arroz Valenciana is $12.50 and mussels are $11. Three taps; Summit Red (4.50), amstel light (5) and Rouge (6).

It’s kind of like a Filipino tapas style joint so you won’t be ordering big plates of food. Adam the bartender, who incidentally works at Saffron (never been) is a nice fellow.”

I plan to try it out soon.
