Teresa Marrone Whips Up Something Wild

Author Teresa Marrone (Cooking With Wild Berries & Fruit of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan, Wild Berries & Fruits Field Guide) will be at the Midtown Farmers’ Market this Saturday, at 10:30, doing a cooking demo. It sounds pretty excellent: cattail pollen crepes with a gooseberry and strawberry sauce, and a second dish with fiddleheads. (Check our story about making maple syrup with Ms. Marrone.)
