Two wine events vie for your attention on Monday, Sep. 21. Winemaker Gary Wooton, of Napa Valley’s Croze and Smith Wooton wines will be in Minneapolis for a winemaker dinner at the Signature Cafe. The dinner starts at 7pm and will feature five courses by Chef / Owner Nathalie, each paired with an offering of the Croze or Smith Wooton wines. Meanwhile, at 6:30pm at the Armatage Room, a “component wine tasting” by Twin Cities Uncorked will be exploring how to differentiate between the many components in a glass of wine. Tickets are $38 and include wine and light appetizers: get ’em here.
