Chef Sameh Wadi, owner of Saffron Restaurant & Lounge, will be the first Minnesotan to compete on Iron Chef America when he appears on the show this Sunday night, Jan. 24. Wadi will face off against veteran Iron Chef Masahara Morimoto on the Food Network at 8pm (Central). Azia and Sassy BBQ Sarah are throwing a party.
