Kathie Jenkins visits Burger Jones and does not at all like what she eats. A sample — and this is merely 15 percent of a long litany of complaints: “The bacon poutine’s cheese curds were one big rubbery blob and the ‘rich gravy’ tasted like the Heinz brand.”

Sarah- Link fixed. Thanks for the catch.
Kathie Jenkins panning a place usually means I’ll love it. I’m heading over ASAP.
I’m no professional restaurant critic but I went to Burger Jones last night with a friend and we both quite enjoyed it.
I wrote a review for my blog here: http://www.championofthesun.com (sorry for the plug).
if you’re still wondering why a professional journalist would run a single-visit review of a brand-new establishment, you’ve never read Kathie Jenkins.
I said it over there and I’ll say it again; there is no excuse for a seasoned operation like Parasole not hitting it out of the park on an opening with a burger joint.
