A call placed to the not-quite-open Vietnamese-inspired eatery Bun Mi reveals that they’re shooting for an end-of-March opening, and plan to offer both traditional Vietnamese dishes and bahn mi sandwiches as well Korean BBQ and lemongrass chicken.     Good info, but your geography is off. Bun Mi isn’t in Dinkytown, but in Stadium Village – the area centered around Oak and Washington. (My family has always called it “Stinkytown” to differentiate it from the Big D on the other side of campus.)

    Don’t want anyone to get lost finding the place once it opens.
