Jeremy Iggers visits Mort’s Deli in Golden Valley where in half of his piece he makes the case that it’s a Jewish delicatessen and Erin and Ben visit Cafe Twenty Eight, a place where I’ve wanted to go to numerous times but have been continually caught by their 9 PM closing time. Mecca Bos-Williams finds only few deals during our economic crunch (one deal requires your birthday to be the same week, another requires a $500+ business meeting). Has anyone else noticed that while Yelp considers 112 Eatery the best restaurant in Twin Cities, Urbanspoon claims it’s… wait for it… Cossetta’s. Really?

Cafe 28 stays open till 10 on fri and sat, so you’ve got a little extra time to make it on those nights. I would go back to sit on the patio out front, that would be nice on a summer evening.
