DIY Wild Game

If you’ve always been curious about cooking local duck or venison, the Minnesota History Center has you covered with its upcoming DIY seminar at Fabulous Catering. Chef Brian Crouch and Mike DeCamp, Chef de Cuisine at La Belle Vie restaurant, will present on Sunday, Oct. 10 from 3-5pm at Fabulous Catering (2900 13th Ave. South, Minneapolis, MN). Cost is $20, or $15 for Minnesota Historical Society members (call 651.259.3015 or buy online).

    I’m an avid eater/locavore/home cook and not much of a sports fan at all – but I swear, I thought this post was going to be about how to host your own pro hockey match. :)
