The Four Firkins has a couple crazy new beers in the shop. The first: Nogne Dugges Sahti, beer made with juniper twigs. It’s a new interpretation of Sahti, a traditional Finnish beer with a distinctive banana flavor. The second: Beer brewed with grapes — a blend of wine and lambic beer by Cantillon called St. Lamvinus.
