Via email from Kim Ode: “A bit of new info about Monday’s Edesia Cookbook Review — Marshall Paulsen, chef of the Birchwood Cafe in Minneapolis, will be joining us (in lieu of the cafe’s owner) so we’ll get to talk to the guy who actually fires the burners! Robin Asbell, whose book The New Vegetarian is getting raves, will share her smarts with us, too.
