Andrew Zimmern’s in rare form as he shellacs BLVD of Minnetonka to within an inch of its liquor license. He gets warmed up by calling it “a restaurant built on selling a canard,” and then things go downhill from there — in the process, heĀ describes and deconstructs a manner of service that could be described as “Suburban Aspirational.” Or perhaps just plain “incompetent”; it’s an engaging rant, regardless.

I didn’t realize Zimmern was still relevant anymore. Seriously – who reads this guys column or watches his awful show?
