The Rick Nelson Triple Threat

Lots of good stuff by Strib food writer Rick Nelson this week: An exploration of a few robust local gastronomic methuselahs (David Fong’s, Lindey’s Prime Steak House, and the Lowell Inn), an awesome directory of local restaurants aged 40 years and older, and a trip to the nascent food scene in West End (where 394 and 100 cross), wherein he touts an upcoming restaurant called Ringo that boasts a monthly globetrotting-by-way-of-charcoal grill component. (No Beatle connection; turns out one of the partners is a former Cargill exec named Jim Ringo. Ah well.)
