You may well know Dena Alspach from her roles as publisher of The Line and METRO magazine. Dena has a deep understanding of both the rapidly evolving realm of online publishing and the timeless values of quality content. This is fortunate: We walk with a foot in both of those worlds as we report on the bounty of food and drink in the Upper Midwest.
We’re very pleased that Dena will be working with us to further connect Heavy Table readers with businesses and organizations throughout the metro area, the state, and the country.
