Punny Cheese, a Forager Dinner, and More

The new Hook’s cheese, EWE CALF to Be KIDding, is a blue cheese made from the milk of cows, sheep and goats and was apparently named after watching one too many episodes of Bob’s Burgers. A new Food Network show called “The Heartland Table” will feature local food writer and chef Amy Thielen. Fulton Beer is expanding… but in Northeast Minneapolis, not the North Loop where it is currently based.
