The Heavy Table is looking for a Twin Cities area-based writer (with serviceable photography and reporting skills) or photographer (with serviceable reporting and writing skills) who would be interested in attending and covering two to four community events a month on behalf of the magazine. Flexible schedule and self-starting attitude a must. Events will range from cocktail demonstrations to community meetings to restaurant previews to whatever else catches our collective eye. Coverage to start with Twitter, generally include Facebook, and often include a full reported post for the website.
