A local Kickstarter project is raising money to make mushroom jerky (via City Pages), and another is building a taproom for Junkyard Brewing in Moorhead. Food truck Vellee Deli is setting up in a bricks and mortar location in downtown Minneapolis. And Whistler Soda’s factory store is now open on Saturdays.
