Mabuhay (the Filipino-inflected successor to Andy’s Garage) is now closed. The St. Paul restaurant generally received mixed-to-negative reviews, but intrigued many with its polyglot menu and striking signage.

In my one experience there it was a very poorly run operation. There were menu items that weren’t actually available (turkey sandwich) and the employees had to ask the cooks what they could make. The food I eventually got was of poor quality as well.
