I’m pretty sure the Red Stag’s claim that the rabbits involved in this dinner came from “California and New Zealand” are incorrect. It’s much more likely that the Singerhouse rabbits are of the Californian and New Zealand breeds, which were actually developed in the United States. Do some research Red Stag, geez.
