Hell’s Kitchen co-founder Cynthia Gerdes weighs in on our item about the retooling of the Duluth incarnation of the popular restaurant and spills the beans on the new operation. As of January 2010, it’ll be a burger / bratwurst-focused joint called HellBurgers. (Say farewell to breakfast!)
