Hungry in Southwest stumbled upon the soft launch for the Turtle Bread co-owned/co-located restaurant Trattoria Tosca in Linden Hills; the blog’s call to Turtle gleaned the information that Tosca will open for business tomorrow evening. As per the PiPress, Tosca is a project that’s owned by Harvey McLain, was (briefly) headed by Landon Schoenefeld, and is now helmed by former Cafe Levain chef Adam Vickerman.
