We checked out Raku tonight for dinner. We were very excited to have something new and interesting in the neighborhood (we live ~2 blocks away). We ordered the raku maki, raku veggie, a pomegrante ice tea and edamame. After 35 minutes, only the raku maki came out (the waiter thought it also included the veggie rolls at first). Another 15 minutes went by before the raku veggie came out. We ended up never getting the edamame or the cocktail. The cocktail was actually on our final bill. The table next to us had a similar issue. We’ll be back (because we live in the neighborhood) – so, hopefully, they work out these kinks. Food was so-so. Certainly have had better sushi, especially at that price point.
