Ben Jacoby: Craftsman’s New Executive Chef

A chat with the folks at the Craftsman this morning confirms the restaurant’s pastry chef, Ben Jacoby (aka the “Brunch Guy“), will be taking the helm on August 19th after Mike Phillips’ last day on August 18th. Jacoby has been with Phillips for a while and they’ve been working hand-in-hand for a smooth transition.
