An Italian olive oil tasting with cooking class and dinner will be held Thursday, June 11 at 6:30 pm under the auspices of Traditional Foods MN — $35 registration. Class includes Focaccia Sorrento with fresh tomatoes & basil, Cabonara Penne with eggs, bacon, Italian parsley, & onions, Italian Meat Marinade in fresh herbs & Italian extra virgin olive oil, Strawberry & Fresh Mascarpone Cream.
