The Heavy Table publishes four different newsletters on Fridays:
The Churn (biweekly) – Upper Midwestern restaurant reviews and food news from a diner’s perspective. Publishes at 7am.
The Tap (biweekly) – Restaurant and culinary industry news, profiles, and business stories. Publishes at 7am.
The Hearth (monthly) – Recipes, home cooking, and seasonal ingredients. Publishes at noon, on the same day as an edition of the Tap.
The Tulip and Schooner (monthly) – Beer, wine, and spirits news and reviews for the Upper Midwest. Publishes at noon, on the same day as an edition of the Tap.
To subscribe to the Heavy Table, back us on Patreon. $5/month subscribes you to four newsletters a month: The Churn (twice a month), The Hearth, and The Tulip and Schooner. $10/month adds two more newsletters: The Tap (twice a month).
