The Debut of Tavola Fresca

Chef Nick Schneider (Cafe Brenda, Mill City Farmers Market) is introducing a new backyard dinner series this summer: Tavola Fresca. The five-course, ten-guest dinners will take place on the fourth Tuesday of every month starting next week and running through September. The tab is $45 a person, and the meal is BYOB. The first menu looks pretty promising: Focused on the region of Piedmont, it includes a salad of wild and mixed greens, sauteed gnocchi with morels, grilled lamb steaks with mint pesto, asparagus in bagna cauda, and hazelnut biscotti.
