St. Paul Classic Cookie Co. in Flux

Attention cookie fans: St. Paul Classic Cookie Co. has closed its standalone store in the Alliance Bank building (56 E. 6th St.) and moved in with the Q Kindness Cafe in the Lowry Building (350 St. Peter St.). It’s worth noting that they were in danger of closing last spring, and that they’ve got an eBay store, if you’re into that kind of shopping.

Thanks for writing this up! We have been trying to spread the word as much as possible that we are not closing, but moving, and we are staying in downtown St. Paul, MN. I am very excited for this collaboration with the Q Kindness Cafe in the Lowry Building at 350 Saint Peter Street.

Not only will we keep our same bakery menu of cookies and muffins, this collaboration is going to allow us to expand our bakery to include more baked goods like scones, pies, cheesecake, breads, stickybuns, cinnamon rolls, vegan, and much more. Also, we will be open on Saturdays as well.

I can’t wait for everyone to come check us out, you’ve got two great reasons to come, yummy baked goods from scratch from St. Paul Classic Cookie and a delicious menu at the Q Kindness Cafe.

I’m thrilled that we’re able to collaborate with The Saint Paul Classic Cookie Company to offer a fuller bakery for St. Paul. I’ve been a BIG fan of Katie’s cookies for a long time.

Stop by for some samples all next week.

The Q Kindness Cafe is hidden inside the Lowry building. Find us and you’ll be glad you did. Find out more about the mission to make Saint Paul the kindest city at the website. We look forward to serving you.
