Twenty-two St. Croix River Valley restaurants will celebrate the 2009 edition of “Dine Fresh Dine Local,” Sept. 10-11. Two areas will be the focus of the event: Taylors Falls and St. Croix Falls, and nearby communities; and Stillwater and Hudson, and nearby communities. Check here for a list of participating restaurants, which agree to serve dishes each day prepared with ingredients purchased from at least three different local growers or processors, and support the St. Croix River Valley Buy Fresh Buy Local campaign to increase the consumption of regionally produced food.
