Local beer expert Michael Agnew will be teaching two new beer pairing classes in October and November at The Chef’s Gallery in Stillwater. We’ve got a vested interest in this; my wife (photographer Becca Dilley) and I will be co-teaching “A Perfect Pair: Local Brew and Cheese,” based on knowledge we picked up while researching The Master Cheesemakers of Wisconsin.
