No-mayo potato salad, grass-fed mini burgers, crunchy swai with basil-goat cheese potato puree, curried pea soup, pickled rhubarb (etc.), white bean ragout, Italian sausage grill with gnocchi, leftover oatmeal pancakes, and cheddar chive buttermilk biscuits with extra creamy scrambled eggs.
The St. Paul Winter Carnival is still keepin’ it rolling — it’s hosting a 6-9pm food, beer, and wine tasting tomorrow night (Apr. 17) at the Great Hall — 180 E. 5th St. in St. Paul. Tickets are $35 at the door and the featured food comes from chefs from restaurants including Barrio, the Blue Door Pub, a couple catering companies, O’Gara’s and… wait for it… Buffalo Wild Wings. This lineup makes not a lick of sense.
