Roseville is hosting a Wild Rice Festival this Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Highlights include demonstrations on how to harvest wild rice, Native American dancing and storytelling, apple cider pressing, and a silent auction. Of course, there’ll also be lots of food: wild rice sausages, wild rice soup, and fry bread, plus a wild rice pancake breakfast at 8 am. Admission is free; breakfast is $6 for adults and $4 for children under age 6.
