Roots to Table: Indeed Brewing Beer Dinner at Red Stag

Isabel Subtil / Heavy Table
Given the success of the North Coast Nosh, it’s clear that foodies in the Twin Cities love supporting local purveyors of fine food, the company of other food lovers, and giving back.
That’s why The Heavy Table is launching a new event series called Roots to Table, in which food lovers congregate in an intimate setting for an evening of local beer and wine, fine food, and good company, with proceeds benefiting a local non-profit in the food movement. Attendance is limited to 50, so get your tickets early!

The inaugural Roots to Table will be hosted by the gracious folks over at Red Stag Supper Club and will feature produce from DragSmith Farms and beer pairings from Indeed Brewing Company. A portion of the proceeds from this midwinter feast will benefit Youth Farm.
Gail and Maurice from DragSmith Farms will offer some in-depth Q&A and storytelling while attendees enjoy a meal prepared by the extraordinary chefs of Red Stag and paired with some of Indeed Brewing’s finest products. Indeed Brewing will serve up Day Tripper Pale Ale, Midnight Ryder American Black Ale, Stir Crazy Winter Ale, and Hot Box Imperial Smoked Pepper Porter.
The beer dinner will take place Wednesday, February 20, at 7pm at Red Stag Supperclub.
Ticket price includes all applicable taxes and processing fees; attendees must be 21 years of age or older and have valid ID. Tickets will be sold through Eventbrite, and will be issued and taken electronically — tickets will not be mailed.
