Prairie Dogs (pictured) is Kickstarting a bricks-and-mortar hot dogs-and-sausages restaurant. (Meanwhile on Kickstarter: Wisconsin’s Black Earth Meats is seeking $225K to stay in business after a knock-down fight with the village council.) The 2015 Good Food Awards finalists include St. Croix Chocolate Company, Alemar Cheese, Ames Farm, and Heath Glen’s Farm & Kitchen.
