    That LEED design category is a little misleading, in supporting comments, other categories are cited as qualifiers for this.
    example, How is Bryant Lake Bowl, which predates LEED certification given marks here? Quite a difference in someone who achieves LEED certification for their building from one who uses efficient lighting..
