Max and Lou’s in St. Louis Park is no longer offering “soups, snacks and smiles”; rather, according to a Craigslist post, they’re losing their lease and offering a deal on restaurant chairs ($25 each, $50 for tables), sconses, a pig chalkboard sign and a whole bunch of other restaurant fixtures and furniture pieces.

Unfortunately, the corn is grown in the US… shipped to China… and then shipped back as cups. Net environmental gain: dubious.
