Ngon Vietnamese Bistro is offering a five-course locavore dinner, paired with Lift Bridge beers, on Tuesday, July 21. The menu will include house-cured Wild Acres duck prosciutto, Fischer Farms bacon and daikon cake, wild rice-crusted Star Prairie trout, and Thousand Hills short ribs. Plus: the very intriguing-sounding Lift Bridge Biscotti ice cream. Social hour runs from 5-6pm, followed by dinner. Tickets $50.
