Fans of the restaurant Saffron and /or Iron Chef should make sure to tune in to Food Network on Jan. 24 at 8pm — local spice mogul Sameh Wadi will face down Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.

However, who can beat a Japanese chef with the secret ingredient…FISH!? Give him lamb next time. :o) I really like his food and the restaurant atmosphere. You should try to go sometime. The service is excellent also.
