Town Talk’s front-of-house manager / bartender extraordinaire Nick Kosevich has been a hard guy to find recently — he’s busy preparing to open in late November a new bar called Instill Distill… in Milwaukee, of all places. If all goes well, a second Instill Distill may pop up somewhere in the Minneapolis – St. Paul area down the road. A safe bet: Expect old-school cocktails like Old Fashioneds and Sazeracs. UPDATE: 7/16, 11:53pm… apparently we misheard Nick vis-a-vis the name. It was, after all, a crowded bar.
