Oh, pie at the Norske Nook — my mouth is watering. I used to drive to Chicago several times a year and always veered off the interstate at the Osseo exit for a piece of pie at the Norske Nook. I’ve had their rhubarb pie — delish! Wish it wasn’t so far away from me.
