Wildfire Eden Prairie is offering a four-course gluten-free wine dinner on Monday, May 18. The dinner menu features pizzas, citrus-cured salmon, braised short rib with root vegetables, and a pear tartlet. Wine pairings are included for each course for a total dinner cost of $55 per person.
