Stop by Izzy’s Ice Cream anytime tomorrow, July 29, and treat yourself to a free izzy scoop (either in a mini-cone or in addition to the normal free izzy with purchase) in honor of the parlor’s 9th birthday. There will also be face painting, games, and free balloons for kids from 1-4pm.
