Martha Stewart’s Wedding Cakes, the book, is 50% off, now $30, at Williams-Sonoma in Maple Grove. The Heavy Table’s Kelly Hailstone writes, “It’s a beautiful hardcover coffeetable book that happens to be extremely informative and practical. Includes recipes, descriptions of every kind of cake batter, icing and piping style you can imagine. I had been eyeing all spring, but wasn’t willing to pay the $60 to make it mine.”
Definitely worth buying at such a great price if your into cake decorating or just like looking at cake designs.
It sounds like the wedding cake recipe book is a good value and even better buy. I love wedding cakes and would love to know how to make/design them.
